Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using So.com.pk you agree to these terms. If you use it for a company, you confirm you can accept them on its behalf.

2. The service

We provide a hosted web push notification platform: you add your website, collect subscribers who agree to receive notifications, and send them campaigns. Features and limits depend on your plan.

3. Your account

Give correct information and keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens under your account, including what your team members do. Tell us at once if you think it was accessed without your permission.

4. Your websites and subscribers

You may only add websites you own or are allowed to manage, and you must verify them.

You must show a clear notice and get real permission (consent) before sending notifications, honour unsubscribes, and follow the laws that apply to you and your visitors.

5. What you may not do

Send spam, scams, phishing, adult or illegal content, malware, misleading messages, or notifications that pretend to be someone else.

Send to people who did not subscribe, buy or import subscriber lists without their permission, or collect data you are not allowed to collect.

Attack, overload or probe the service, bypass limits, or resell the service without our written agreement.

We may suspend or remove content, websites or accounts that break these rules or put the service or other people at risk, with or without notice when the risk is serious.

6. Plans and payment

The Free plan has no time limit. Paid plans are charged per year (or per month where we say so) for the price shown when you buy. Payments are made by hand to the accounts we show in your dashboard, and a plan starts only after we have checked the payment and approved it. Nothing renews automatically; a paid plan returns to Free when its time ends, and you keep your data.

Prices and limits may change for future purchases; they do not change for a period you have already paid for. Payments are not refundable, except where the law requires it or where we decide to make an exception.

7. Your content and data

You keep ownership of your content and your subscribers' data. You allow us to store and process it only to provide the service. You can export your subscribers at any time.

8. Availability

We work to keep the service running and your data safe, but we cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. Notifications depend on browsers and push services outside our control, so delivery is not guaranteed.

9. Liability

To the extent the law allows, the service is provided "as is", and we are not liable for indirect or lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Ending

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may end or suspend access if you break these terms.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. If the change is important we will tell you by email or in the dashboard. Using the service after a change means you accept it.
